Daisy II is a big gorgeous, full-of-life two year old who, with her sister, was surrendered by family after the sudden death of their owner. Both sisters were overwrought by the disaster and suspected to have been under-socialized so they were initially placed for evaluation with a behaviorist trainer we work with. Much to the delight of everyone, they passed with flying colors. While definitely unacquainted with the world outside of their initial environment, their owner must have been extremely loving, positive and consistent because they were affectionate and confident with everyone they met.
Daisy ll is particularly bonding, another mastiff who likes to ride in the car with her chin on your shoulder, stand or sit in front of you happy with the steady eye contact that we all love. While she has had no training and needs to learn most everything, she is extremely smart, eager to please and cooperative by nature. This is a magnificent mastiff for someone with training experience and consistency.
She has never been with kids but it’s hard to imagine her not being good with them although small children would not be a good idea since she has had so little training and needs to know about being careful with space and movement. She has been positive and open-hearted about every new situation she has encountered. She has no health issues.
