 Follow up on needed:

1. PayPal Changes: Lidia working on this. And to set up better account system/password management (backup).
2. Brooks- Needs to be spayed.  Dawn to contact her vets for cheaper options.    
3. Foster agreement- need to finalize and add to JF-  Dawn to send to us to complete edits.
4. Strategy to outreach to 4 new dogs. Maya/Peaches- Dawn and Alicia to contact/visit. Kelly trying to contact Ludmilla. Claire trying to contact Itachi.
5. Carmen’s dogs (Brutus/Sandy/Zoey)- Claire to call Carmen and discuss.
6. Titus- to be neutered and check prey drive. Ms. Poulos to adopt? Being chicken tested. Dawn to ask Ms. Poulos and  Lynn would help transport. (if happens, then maybe Priscilla comes back  down to Randy M. for fostering unless the Schaeffers can take her)
7. Sheila and Shawn- adopters on hold- Dawn to reach out and check in.
8. Crystal (new adopter)- Dawn to reach out
9. Approved Fosters (starred in JF): Do  we know status of availability/capacity of: Lexie McDaniel? Stephen  Walters? Mazzara's? Sara Clark? Joni Gilfillan? Stacy Onks?

Jennifer/Daniel Schaeffer- Stafford, VA- Priscilla?? (2.5 hours away and they will foster first) Kathleen will ask them if willing to foster.

Kyle and Taylor Bourn- Batesburg, SC – (Need male, must be child/dog friendly)

Molly Basl- Chester, VA- (No gender pref, must be kid/dog friendly)

Karen/Kevin Bell- Going to talk to Macho Man’s owner this week.

Fosters available:

Amanda Wilson Johnson City, Tn (former vet tech and foster – has animals/kids – can separate and safely expose)- maybe Bella?

Mathew Hopson in Alexandria VA (must be ok with kids/dogs)

Robin Viviano in Cary, NC (has one large mastiff type breed)

Business:

• Success Story: Brooks is adopted!!! By Alicia 😊 (Lisa- send  a no-fee adoption contract please. Alicia- photos!!)

Old Business:

• Brooks  spay: Dawn’s vet not less. Found spay clinic in Duluth with $235.00  rate, Alicia made aware and is considering.(Location TBD-Dawn  to give Alicia a chip)
• PayPal:  Dawn emailed Eileen but Lynn has confirmed that the cell number does  not match any number of Anne’s that she is aware.  Lidia continues to  work on the issue with  Kelly
• Foster Agreement: no update. Dawn does plan to work on this but have not found the email with our previous feedback. Dawn to send to Kimberly.

• Intake:
  • Peaches is accepted and will remain with owner with SSMR supplying food assistance. (Lidia- add Peaches on the website)
  • Debo- Kimberly to call again

• Foster Dogs:
  • Carmen connected with Claire on Brutus, Sandy and ??Zoey?? (Carmen is not keeping Zoey, she is sending us info on all 3 pups soon)
  • Titus: Adrien Poulos interested.. (Titus is adopted! Transfer on 24th. Pending payment)
  • Dozer- recent visit confirms cancer but slower growing

• Fosters:
  • Randy  McLeod won’t be able to help with Priscilla at this time due to  personal issues.(Will keep in mind for future, great foster, likes older  ones)
  • Mazzara’s  (not available right now), Lexie McDaniel (can do reference checks) and  Joni G outreached by Dawn (maybe foster to adopt in future, can  assess). Stephen Walters  updated JF- Kennel owner but a great resource IF/WHEN we have a  critical need.  $$$$$$ though.

 Kelly is in hospice. Lynn Moore, Mikalya Sanford (vet) and Kimberly West were assigned new  trustees. 

Action Items:

• Lidia- Website  inquiries and other emails/comments that were going to Kelly’s email.  Need to reroute. Can the “trustee email” go elsewhere? How do we get  into the trustee email account?
• Lidia- PayPal-  how do we know if one was paid? Who will get the notification that a donation/payment came in?
• Lidia- Please  update the website trustee names and the address where checks should be  sent. 1280 Carriage House Lane, Apt F, Gastonia, NC 28054   (Lisa-  Please let Kona’s adopters know to send check to Lynn, not the address  on the website)
• Dogs will need to be unarchived (Chance/rex/Ona and ?) – will need to get on website. Will  need new info from Patrick on personality etc.

• Zoey- having some issues at Amanda’s. Claire to follow up.

• Tank- Need photos, resource guarding food, un-neutered, needs shots. Claire to check in with the Pittmans.
• Daisey- get a database # (Kimberly to do)
