• Nash (Lidia- Please update social post and website) Need chip?
• Leo and Exley: Not moved yet. Owner has not fully surrendered yet. DG is making headway. As soon owner signs off the adopters from MA will fly down for them. 

Dogs: New- intake status?

• Rosie- not an EM
• Diesel- is an EM, DG waiting to hear.
• Carter/Sweetie/Charley- Still at shelter. Jennifer Stubblebine??- stated interested in Charley. DG to contact Jennifer. 
• Zaria- archived
• Bubbles- Dawn L to ask Joshua Ewing… would need to transport from TX. Kimberly to send DL the Bubbles info (done).
• Magnus- Kimberly to call.

Dogs: Fostered 

• Discuss secret santa for the foster dogs- which one’s? Organize a post and find out what the pups need/like?
• Lacey- just vetted
• Logan- just vetted
• Max- ready to adopt…. (send Max to DL)
• Libby- stay put for now, not ready
• Norah- stay put for now, not ready 
• Maizey- adoption contract sent! 
• Bella- Long term/hospice
• Dozer- Long term
• Aza- Long term 

Review Applicants

• Kimberly to send 3 Abigail emails. 
• Lidia- there are 4 applicants who have not paid/having issues. Can you assist or train Kimberly to help? 
• Charles Carroll.. look for his application- Kimberly 
• Wesley Jones- DG to call
• Athena K- Katherine have you ever had contact?
• Tim/Annette- previous adopters, KW to send to DL.

Dogs:

• Exley/Leo- Lynn to follow up, trying to get surrender forms asap, as we have adopters.
• Loki- New intake, needs contact. (Lynda Garguilo? Wants low energy senior) Kimberly to contact Loki owners. 
• Laci/Logan- We have adopters who want a pair, DB numbers needed. DG- Is Toni C. adopting? Or should we utilize our other adopters. 
• Diesel- DG waiting to hear (12/4)- DG any update? 
• Magnus- KW has outreached, waiting response. Lynn to email her and copy Kimberly. 
• Bubbles- DL, Catanzaro’s are thinking…DL to follow up, if they say no, will look at our adopter/foster list.
• Libby and Max (The Weskel’s and the Wesley Jones, Harts, interested). Kimberly Let Lexie know that we have adopters. Then DL to talk to the Weskel’s.

Applicants:

• Ceceilia- KW to send mastiff rescue of FL
• Jennifer and Todd Stubblebine- DG have you talked to Jennifer?  She is interested in lots of volunteer opportunities…

Website updates:

• Aza- Can we add information on her condition? Stipulations ? (very few  steps, etc..)  People see her on our website forever, not a good look.  And some might be able to take on her challenges. 

Adoptions:

• Max/Libby- Jeff Catanzaro adopting- are contracts set?  Need to connect him to Lexie McDaniel. Transport on 12/29. Signed 12/17. Contracts in, no payment yet. Once complete Kimberly will connect with Lexie.
• Maizey- Will Corey filling out adoption paperwork. Signed on 12/17

Dogs

• Sawyer- no vet records but 12 months? Kathleen are you able call them (visit if needed) in next few days?
• Potential Adopters: 
• Athena K- Kathleen she is from October, any update? 
• Jen Milano- new applicant – interesting ‘reference’ …. Abigail- Kimberly send
• Brian Lemmons- Why on hold?  Maybe good for one of our older ones…………. Anyone know?
• Jeffrey Keen- - If we get Sawyer might be great!
