Found as a stray in North Carolina, 11-month-old 𝐓𝐨𝐛𝐲 is now ready to find his forever home—and trust us, this sweet boy will steal your heart 💘

🦌 𝐓𝐨𝐛𝐲’s favorite pastime? Laying in the grass and quietly watching deer stroll by like it’s his own nature documentary. He’s a gentle observer of the world, curious but calm, and always respectful of other dogs—he’ll lay down to let them sniff before inviting them to play with the cutest playbows 🐶🎯

🧠 Smart as a whip, 𝐓𝐨𝐛𝐲 knows sit, shake, down, and even “leave it”! He walks well on a leash (unless a squirrel dares to cross his path 🐿️😆), and he’s house-trained with zero separation anxiety. He’s got medium energy—loves walks, tug-of-war, and fetch, but also enjoys long, peaceful naps by your side 💤💕

🚗 Car rides? Not his favorite yet. He’s hesitant, but with treats and patience, he’s learning. He’s also a bit shy around new adults and energetic kids, but warms up quickly with gentle reassurance. Teenagers and calm adults? He’s golden 🌟

🐕 𝐓𝐨𝐛𝐲 gets along beautifully with dogs of all sizes and has lived peacefully with another pup. Cats, rabbits, and squirrels are a no-go—his chase instincts kick in. And while he’s chewed a shoe or two (and sneakily swallowed a sock 😅), he responds well to redirection and just wants your attention.
